Which courier company do we ship with?
Australia Post for regular sized packages. Larger artworks via Interparcel or TNT.
How long does it take to dispatch your artwork?
Original paintings will be despatched in 2-4 business days.
All limited edition prints are made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for fulfilment. Prints are unframed and will be sent in a roll. As all prints are custom made they are not refundable or exchangeable.
Artwork is not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
How much does shipping cost?

Do you need to sign for your artwork?
Yes, in order for us to know that it has reached the right recipient a signature is required. If you choose to waive this clause Rosa Fedele Art does not accept responsibility for artwork which is misplaced or lost during delivery.
